Cancellation & Refund Policy
https://www.dcleyservices.com/refunds-cancellations If a service needs to be cancelled by the client, the client must make suitable arrangements with the staff member at their earliest convenience. We will make every effort to re-arrange the service, but we are not obliged to do this if it is not possible. If a service is cancelled for illness or any other reason there will be no charge if we are given 6 hours’ notice. Half of the fee will be charged if you give less than 6 hours’ notice. The full fee will be charged if you give less than 4 hours notice. Please inform us with 2 weeks’ notice of a pre booked holiday. You will be required to pay half of the fee for any services booked if you fail to provide 2 weeks’ notice.
