DCL Early Years Services provides only the highest quality, experienced professionals. All of our registered staff are vetted using a careful selection process, including face-to-face interviews, continuous observation and review. We know how important it is to thoroughly screen our staff to ensure you are getting the very best in qualified responsible, warm and experienced practitioners. All have an enhanced background DBS (formerly CRB) check. Exceptional standards and shared ethos are of the utmost importance to us.
Our Story
I established DCL Early Years Services LTD in 2019 after 11 years of shaping the minds of our future in schools and private nurseries.
As an Early Years Specialist and qualified Teacher, through the years, I have received an overwhelming amount of requests from parents for additional childcare services from someone they trust with their children and their futures. Having realised there are limited options for an early years childcare service encompassing private teaching (tutoring), nannying, babysitting and specialist exam preparation in London, DCL Early Years Services LTD was born.
I believe in teaching and developing young minds by making it fun to learn. Therefore, I have built the company values based on fun, learning, love and excellence. Each of the DCL Early Years Services teachers passionately share the same ethos and will endeavor to ensure your child receives the best care and/or learning experience.

How We Work

Once you have registered your interest with us we will speak to you about your requirements. You will receive CVs and qualifications.
All of the candidates will have been personally interviewed by us, and undergone a thorough check on their identification, qualifications and references. We will also provide you with details about first aid qualifications and enhanced DBS, formally a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check.
Following this we will make all the necessary arrangements, including an interview/trial day or session. We will continue to stay in contact to ensure that your employee settles into their role.
