Service Description

Do you need support at home from time to time? Our lives can get very busy and DCL Early Years Services can be there to provide assistance when you need it most. We can offer help with children and/or around the home, including walking the dog, food shopping and housework. Contact us to find out more and book now. You can book a minimum of 1 hour, please contact to let us know how many hours you would like to book.

Cancellation Policy

https://www.dcleyservices.com/refunds-cancellations If a service needs to be cancelled by the client, the client must make suitable arrangements with the staff member at their earliest convenience. We will make every effort to re-arrange the service, but we are not obliged to do this if it is not possible. If a service is cancelled for illness or any other reason there will be no charge if we are given 6 hours’ notice. Half of the fee will be charged if you give less than 6 hours’ notice. The full fee will be charged if you give less than 4 hours notice. Please inform us with 2 weeks’ notice of a pre booked holiday. You will be required to pay half of the fee for any services booked if you fail to provide 2 weeks’ notice.
